Caveau is Wollongong’s most awarded restaurant, having received a coveted hat from the SMH Good Food Guide every year since 2005.
Chefs Simon Evans and Tom Chiumento have a passion for local produce which is regularly featured as part of Caveau’s menus, which change every 6 - 8 weeks. Caveau is renowned for its spectacular and ever changing seven course tasting menu, and also offers a three course menu Tuesday to Thursday. The tasting menu is available as a vegetarian or vegan option without prior notice, with other dietary requirements catered for upon request.
Caveau embraces Nose to Tail cooking, doing much of its butchery in-house and ensuring that all parts of the animal are respected. An all-Australian made cocktail list is featured at the venue - including spirits, bitters and mixers - complemented by a focus on NSW and Australia on the wine list.
