From 5th to 11th December, we shared seven incredible prize packs as part of The Festive Week of Wonders – a week of giveaways created with the help of our local partners and festive favourites across the region.
Each daily giveaway included a hidden letter, and together these letters form the secret code word you’ll need to enter the draw for the Grand Prize. Need a little help with the hidden letters? Send us a DM on Facebook and Instagram, and we’ll give you a clue 😉

To finish The Festive Week of Wonders, the Grand Prize brings together a little taste of every daily prize pack – the perfect festive finale. The prize pack includes:

Terms & Conditions
- Promotional period is from Friday 5th December 2025 until Tuesday 16th December 2025.
- Open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
- By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to subscribe to the marketing database of Destination Wollongong.
- To enter the Grand Prize draw, please fill out the entry form located on this landing page. Only those who submit the correct code word will be eligible to go in the Grand Prize Draw.
- Multiple entries aren’t permitted; one entry per person only.
- Winners will be selected at random on Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 9:00am and will be announced on social media. The winners will also be contacted via email.
- Winner must confirm acceptance of their prize via return email no later than 12:00pm on Tuesday 30th December 2025 or must forfeit their prize.
- Daily prizes (Days 1 to 7) will be posted at 6:00pm each day, with the winner drawn at 4:00pm the following day.
- The Grand Prize (Day 8) opens on 12 December and closes at 11.59pm on 15 December 2025.
- How to Enter – Daily Prizes (Days 1 to 7): A new prize pack is posted daily on the Visit Wollongong Facebook page. Entrants must follow the instructions in the daily post and comment to enter. One winner per day will be randomly selected from the eligible comments.
- How to Enter – Grand Prize (Day 8): Entrants must collect the hidden letters from each daily post published between 5–11 December. These letters form a code word. On 12 December, entrants must submit the correct code word via the official entry form on the Visit Wollongong website.
- Prize packs include (but are not limited to): accommodation, dining vouchers, family experiences, local gift boxes, outdoor adventures and the Visit Wollongong Grand Prize bundle. Total prize pool value is approximately $8,300. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition if required.
