The menu has been crafted to explore the street food scene from around the world and delivers a collision of small and large plates inspired by these bold and dynamic local flavours.
The restaurant is inspired by the precinct’s food history. When the Illawarra was first settled, fresh produce was transported to Belmore Basin, before being loaded onto steamships bound for Sydney’s growing population. Both the organic and local character of the menu, along with the nautical styling of the décor is a nod to this industrial period, updated with a chic, contemporary twist.
Like their a la carte menu, the wine selection was created with the same passion by their in-house sommelier, with special consideration for organically grown and bio-dynamic options.
