The University of Wollongong boasts a range of student residences offering a variety of accommodation and conference options suitable for sporting groups, special interest groups, study groups and conferences.
Accommodation ranges from single rooms in two/three/four and five bedroom units, VIP apartments and single studios, with catering and self-catering options available. Conference packages can be tailored to the needs of each event, and a range of styles, services and tariffs are available. Group bookings are available from late November to early February each year.
Campus East
Campus East is located on the Innovation Campus, and is just across the road from Fairy Meadow Beach. Ideal for large group bookings, guests can choose from units of 3,4 and 5 bedrooms with share bathroom facilities and access to catering in the Dining Hall or café. Shops, takeaway food outlets, cafes and other shops are all within walking distance and the UOW campus is easily accessible via the free Wollongong Shuttle bus.
Kooloobong Village
Conveniently located on the University campus amidst a bushland setting, Kooloobong Village provides accommodation in units of four single bedrooms with shared kitchen and living facilities or single bedroom studios. There are extensive indoor and outdoor communal areas with BBQ facilities and landscaped grounds. The residences is self-catered, however catering can be organised on request.

Group bookings are available from mid-December to early February each year.
Bangalay
Located just across the road from the main UOW campus and walking distance to the Gong shuttle bus to the city, Bangalay is UOW’s newest student residence. Bangalay has a suite of guest rooms available for visitor bookings.
International House
International House is located in North Wollongong and is minutes from the North Wollongong railway station, a 15 minute walk to the main campus and Wollongong’s premier beach, North Beach. Guests can also use the regular university shuttle bus.
Accommodation is available in single and twin share rooms, all with shared bathroom facilities. Catering is available in the Dining Hall.
Weerona
Weerona College is fully catered and is a short distance from the University Campus, the beach and Wollongong City. It is located next door to Beaton Park, a large sporting complex with an indoor pool, gymnasium, tennis courts and running track. Many guests ride their bikes to campus and some choose to walk. Guests can also use the regular university shuttle bus.
Accommodation is available in single and twin share rooms, all with shared bathroom facilities. Catering is available in the Dining Hall.
