By working directly with a farmer in Temora in the NSW Riverina, their ‘grain-to-glass’ philosophy has certainly paid off, with them being awarded gold and silver medals in multiple categories at this year’s London and San Francisco World Spirits Competitions. They produce an array of products that showcase native Australian flavours, but if you’re after a true taste of Wollongong, their Tidal Lines Illawarra Plum Infused gin is one not to miss!
