Kids Fishing Workshop, Illawarra

10:00am - 2:00pm, Wed 22nd January 2020 - Tue 21st April 2020

New South Wales Fisheries runs four hour kids fishing workshops for eight to 14 year olds. The kids learn how fish responsibly in a safe and fun environment.

NSW DPI fishing workshops include fun lessons on fishing techniques, information on NSW fishing rules, best methods to maximise released fish survival and a practical fishing session in a safe estuary.

Cost per child includes quality rod and reel, shirt, hat, tackle box, show bag.
Bookings are essential – please email.
Maximum 25 participants.

NSW DPI fishing workshops are run with the assistance of the Fishcare Volunteers and are supported by funds from the Recreational Fishing Trusts.
